Evaluation - $225
The purpose of this 90-minute evaluation is to review your symptoms, provide a comprehensive vestibular assessment, and develop a treatment plan that is right for you.

Treatment Session - $150
Follow up treatment sessions are custom to each individual and based off of findings from the evaluation. The goal of vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is to address the problem, minimize symptoms and help you get back to your normal life.

Telehealth Session - $75
Within a secure-video chat format, Telehealth appointments are designed to provide off-hands treatment and patient education specific to individual needs. Not everyone is appropriate for this treatment format. Contact for more information.
